Terms of use

Translation provided for convenience. The French version is the only legally binding version.

In force as of October 15, 2026 (previous version: October 13, 2026). By using the scan, a trial code or a client space, you accept the terms below.

1. What the service does

securit-e.com analyzes what a domain name publicly reveals on the Internet: published addresses and subdomains, certificates, email and DNS settings, and information already published by public databases about the servers found. The free scan on the home page and the NIS 2 pre-assessment are strictly passive: they read public sources and send no requests to the machines of the domain analyzed. The full report in a client space (trial code or demo access) adds an ordinary visit, like a browser’s: a single home page per site found (twelve at most), plus, on the main site, the HTTP home page and the public security.txt file, in order to read the HTTPS certificate, the protections sent to the browser and the software versions the site itself announces. It also queries public databases of vulnerabilities (NVD, EPSS, KEV) and IP addresses (RIPEstat). No analysis scans ports, tests passwords, submits forms or attempts any intrusion.

2. Domains you may analyze

You may only have a domain analyzed if you are its holder, or if you have received a mandate from its holder. You undertake not to use the results to harm the holder of a domain, nor to prepare an attack on an information system. We may suspend without notice any access used in breach of this rule.

3. Trial codes and client space

A trial code is personal. As soon as it is entered, and for the whole period stated (generally 15 days), it opens on all your devices the full platform on a demo company, as well as a trial space: analysis of your site, score, recommended actions, report and PDF file, up to 5 analyses per day. Access ends automatically at the end of the period, with no renewal or billing. The link to your space is personal: do not share it. Demo codes give access to a space valid for 24 hours.

3 ter. AI assistant and free tools

The “Sentinelle” assistant is an artificial intelligence hosted on our servers in France; at peak times, a backup service (NVIDIA) may produce the answer. It provides general information and can make mistakes: its answers do not constitute legal advice, an audit or a commercial commitment, and it never decides on any action. Do not give it any password, code or bank details: it never asks for them. The free tools in the space (password check, passphrase generator, ten-question test, opinion on a suspicious message) are provided for information only. The “wall of breaches” on the home page reproduces information published by the independent site bonjourlafuite.eu.org, to which we refer.

3 quater. Pricing

A subscription to the full platform costs €390 incl. VAT per month or €3,000 incl. VAT per year. It is taken out with NB Cyber Security, on invoice: no payment is requested online, either on this site or by the assistant. The 15-day trial is free and requires no payment method.

3 bis. NIS 2 pre-assessment and sealed file

The NIS 2 pre-assessment brings together two separate parts: findings established from the outside through a passive analysis, and answers you declare, which we do not verify. It refers to the Référentiel Cyber France (ReCyF) published by ANSSI as a working version, subject to change. The resulting file is neither a certificate of compliance with the NIS 2 regulations nor an audit. It is sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint, entered in an append-only register and timestamped by a third-party authority; anyone with its verification link can view its contents. You are responsible for passing on this link.

4. Nature of the results

The results reflect the state of public sources at the time of the analysis. They may be incomplete, as a source may be unavailable, or may later become inaccurate. They are a decision-making aid, not an exhaustive security audit nor a guarantee that no flaw exists. The recommended actions must be implemented by a competent person.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is, free of charge during the trial. NB Cyber Security cannot be held liable for any decision taken solely on the basis of the results, nor for any interruption of the service or of an external source. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action is taken. Contact: contact@securit-e.com.
